Salon Etiquette If you are late it may be necessary to reduce the time of your appointment in order not to inconvenience other clients, however the full cost of the treatment may still be charged. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule. We kindly ask for cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your appointment, after this time or for non cancellation the full appointment cost may be charged. *Please note if you wish to have a colour treatment a 'Colourstart' skin test is required 48 hours prior to any treatment.
